The grounds include mature trees for shade and sunset views, so your portraits near Lake Bowen feel relaxed and natural.

Our Victorian farmhouse, built in 1903, sets a calm start to the day. Head upstairs to a spacious bridal suite with dressing areas, full-length mirrors, and a long dressing table that makes hair and makeup easy for your party. Original floors and ceilings keep the look authentic in your getting-ready photos.

A covered pavilion for seated dinners

Host your ceremony or reception in the covered pavilion. It accommodates up to 120 guests for a seated celebration and includes permanent drapery. Space heaters and roll-downsides support comfort in cooler weather. Bistro lighting adds a warm glow as the evening begins.

Dancing under a clear top canopy

The dedicated dance floor is covered with a clear top that creates a greenhouse-like effect. It protects from light rain while staying open to the evening air, so your first dance feels festive and weather-ready.

What is included with your booking

Tables, white ceremony chairs, and Chiavari reception chairs are included, along with access to our Something Borrowed Room for linens, chargers, votives, and decor pieces. You will also have indoor restrooms, including one that is wheelchair accessible, a groom’s room, and a private, well-lit parking lot. Venue setup and pack up are included, and our staff is available before, during, and after your event. Engagement and bridal photo shoots are available by appointment Monday through Thursday.

Bring your own trusted vendors or select from our preferred list. If you plan to serve alcohol, a licensed and insured bartender is required. Couples also carry Commercial General Liability Event Insurance, including Host Liquor Liability when alcohol is served.

They handle timeline creation, vendor management, rehearsal direction, and decor setup and cleanup, with up to twelve hours of service on the wedding day. Partial and full planning options are available for couples who want added support like vendor booking, budget planning, and monthly meetings.

Rehearsal options

Every wedding includes one complimentary rehearsal hour scheduled six weeks prior, based on availability. If you want more time together, a six-hour Rehearsal plus Dinner rental is available for up to forty guests, with early decor load-in the day before.
