A Venue for Making Your Happiest Memories
At Adelaide Events Venue, we believe your wedding should be as one-of-a-kind as your love. Our 7-acre property near Lake Bowen in Inman, South Carolina includes a charming Victorian farmhouse, a lush garden, a romantic gazebo, and a large indoor/outdoor reception space with bistro lighting. The large back open field provides a farm-like space for those romantic photos to treasure forever!
The Farmhouse
Built in 1903, our beautifully-restored farmhouse sits on 7 acres. The original floors and ceilings of the interior creates a vintage, old world feel. The spacious upstairs bridal suite includes dressing areas, full-length mirrors, and a long dressing table for hair and makeup.
The Pavilion
The Pavilion serves as your covered venue space where your ceremony and/or reception is hosted. The open sides allow a breeze to keep the area well ventilated and if needed, we roll down the sides to enclose the space against rain or cold. We add space heaters on cold days for a cozy atmosphere. This space can hold up to 120 guests.
The Garden
A beautiful large, spacious fescue grass lawn, surrounded by interesting garden spaces with various hydrangeas, gardenias, lilacs, elephant ears, roses, fountains and gazebos. We offer our couples several options for ceremony spots in the garden. Large, mature trees provide shade and gorgeous sunsets add to romantic early evening ceremonies. Three fountains provide a pleasant water-running sound and add to the cool of warm evenings.
The Gazebo
The romantic white gazebo makes for a sweet ceremony or cocktail hour spot. The white Gazebo also serves as a bar/beverage area throughout your event.
Winter Weddings
Adelaide Events Venue no longer hosts winter weddings. We will be closed from December to Mid February every year.
The Dance Floor
Our covered dance floor is perfect for your happily ever after! With it’s clear top, it resembles a green house but it wide open for everyone to see. It protects our guests in the event of rain and provides the perfect backdrop for dancing the night away!
